Session Venues/Platforms
Q: Which method is best for the most accurate reading?
A: Online with a video camera is often best. If you have a recent picture of yourself and anyone else you’re inquiring about, with specific and focused questions, the phone can also work very well. All sessions are accurate, however, info flows faster via video.
Q: Does Pamela do in-person sessions?
A: Yes in St. George, Utah, USA. After booking your session the exact address will be sent.
Choosing a Session
Q: How do I choose a session type?
A: There are a few things to consider for this.
- Do you want to speak with Pamela or just want information, healing or growth?
- To have a private conversation with Pamela you can choose Mentorship Sessions or Private Readings.
- Mentorship sessions are for progressive spiritual development and are purchased in packages.
- Private Readings are single sessions geared toward answering questions and handling issues.
- If you require healing the Shamanic Crystal Healing Grid Ceremony is best.
- The Shamanic Crystal Healing Grid is made of portals set up and journeyed through by Pamela according to the healing or growth you’d like to achieve.
- You’ll receive pictures and instructions on how to use these portals.
Q: Can you predict my future?
A: Note from Pamela:
Timing is not my forte because time is a man-made device. Even knowing the future path alone could change the timing and probability of it. Each and everything you do in the present moment is changing the probability and timing in some way, hence the reason why we can change our own futures to a large extent. If a prediction is made, please keep in mind that I am reading your energy and intent based on the present moment. Energy is always in motion and therefore, probabilities can and do change.
Q: Does Pamela do medical intuitive readings?
A: Pamela does medical intuitive readings using the aura and it is highly accurate, however, please consider that she is not a medical professional and not fully qualified to diagnose, treat, or cure you. There can be no guarantees on prediction accuracy, as truth is relative based on individual perception.
Q: Can Pamela work with pets?
A: Pamela is an animal communicator both for live pets and those which have crossed over. Additionally, she can do medical readings, channelings and Shamanic Healing Grids for pets.
Q: What cannot be done in a session?
A: The ethical boundaries exclude questions about death or questions that are too personally intrusive and/or questions that could cause emotional or physical danger to another person.
Q: How do I choose a session length?
A: The only type of session where you will need to choose a session length is for the Private Readings. If this is your first reading with Pamela and you have a moderate number of questions and issues then a 20-minute session is usually enough. If your list of questions is very long and your issues are complicated than the 40-minute session can be a better option.
Q: There are many reading types listed on the private Readings page, can these be combined in one session?
A: Yes, all of the reading types on the Private Reading page can be combined in one session. It is perfectly normal and is restricted by the length of your session only. You don’t need to be concerned about choosing a specific reading type as much as knowing the type of information that is available to you and making a list of questions that you would like answered. The questions act as a checklist for you to make sure you get all the information that you want. If it is your first time the Extra-sensory aura reading averages about 15-20 minutes but your mileage may vary. This is a good place to start.
Scheduling
Q: How do I schedule with you?
A: Self-schedule by…
- Moving your mouse pointer to the Services tab on the menu at the top of the page.
- Click the type of service you’d like to schedule on the menu that pops up.
- Choose the specific type and click on the Buy Now button.
- Set your local time zone.
- Choose the day and time from the menu. Only Pamela’s current availability will be shown on the menu in your local time.
- Complete the intake form to the best of your ability. If you’d like to make changes later or upload a picture you will be able to do so through a link which you’ll receive in the confirmation email.
- Make your payment.
- You will receive a confirmation email with the time date and appointment type. Please check to make sure that these are correct.
- If you do not receive the confirmation email please check your spam folder. If it is not there and doesn’t arrive please contact us.
- Please save the confirmation email as it has a link to reschedule your session if something comes up.
Q: What are the requirements for the picture?
A: A current clear sharp picture without hats or sunglasses is needed. It’s best if the picture only has the person being referred to in it and a white or light background.
Q: I don’t have all of the information or picture for the intake form?
A: Don’t worry. The confirmation email has a link called View Appointment Details where you can change information and add pictures.
Q: What is the donation/tip button for?
A: If you would like to further support Pamela’s work you can use this to give a little something extra. This will go towards projects like the publishing of books on her channelings, (which are already in progress).
Q: You’re booked out far in advance, can I get a session sooner?
A: It’s best to consider a proactive approach when working on your healing and spiritual advancement. We suggest booking sessions in advance to hold your spot since the calendar does fill quickly. If you have an urgent situation we offer an “Emergency 20 minute” session option for Private Readings.
Q: How do I schedule an Emergency 20-Minute Private Reading?
A: Do the following:
- Emergency 20-Minute Session on the Private Readings page.
- Click the Buy Now button.
- Set your time zone.
- Schedule the first available time on the scheduling calendar.
We will move your session to the earliest possible time that the session can be done and then notify you.

Q: Something came up, can I change my session?
A: Yes, you can change your session through the View Appointment Details link in your confirmation email up to 12 hours prior to your session.
Q: My friend needs the session more than me, can I transfer it to him/her?
A: This depends on the type of session. Mentoring and Shamanic Healing Grids cannot be transferred. Private Readings can be transferred as long as we are notified and given all of the information at least 12 hours prior to the session.
Q: What’s the time limit for canceling a session?
A: Cancelations need to be made at least 12 hours prior to your session.
Q: Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are only given in cases of emergency with advanced approval from our office. Alternatively, your session can be gifted to someone else.
Preparing for Sessions
Q: What platforms are available to use for sessions with Pamela?
A: We use Zoom which accommodates video calls on most devices plus regular phone call-ins. Zoom is free for you to use but you will need to download and test their app on your device before the session. You will receive instructions for this in your confirmation and reminder emails.
Q: Do I need to send Pamela my picture?
A: Your picture is required for called in Private Readings and Mentoring Sessions. They are also required for Shamanic Healing Crystal Grid Ceremonies. They are NOT required for video sessions. If you’ll be asking about other people and pets you will need to send in their pictures also.
Q: What are the requirements for the picture?

Q: How do I send in my picture before the session?
A: It will need to be sent in at least 48 hours before the session using the View Appointment Details link at the beginning of your confirmation email. That’s the first email you received after scheduling the session.
Q: When do I receive my Zoom link for the session?
A: For Private Readings and Mentoring Sessions the link will be sent in the confirmation and reminder emails after scheduling. Live Class links are sent out shortly before the class begins.
Q: Do you record sessions?
A: For technical and legal reasons we do make a backup recording. This is not a quality recording and we do not send them out. You are welcome to record VIA AUDIO only, on your own.
Q: What if I’m late for my session?
A: Pamela will wait for up to 5 minutes for you to join the session. After this, she will close the session and leave. Time late is time lost. Pamela usually has back-to-back sessions and cannot extend them beyond the scheduled time.

Q: Why do I need to enter my time zone and see the date?
A: Acuity, the appointment scheduling software which we are using, is not geared for selling items. We, therefore, have worked around the system to accommodate these sales. This should be your only inconvenience.
Q: How long do I have access to the recordings for?
A: You will have access for as long as we and the hosting platform are around.
Live Classes & Channelings
Q: How do I submit questions beforehand?
A: For Live Channelings, if you are a Patreon member, you can enter them in the comments under the announcement. For Classes, you are requested to hold on to your questions till the class and submit them in the Q&A area.
Q: When will I receive my link to join the class/channeling?
A: It will arrive in the last reminder email a few hours before the scheduled start time.
Q: When will I receive the replay link?
A: We make every effort to get them to you as soon as possible. This can take up to one week, depending on the editing which is needed and the availability of our video editor.
Q: How long do I have access to the recordings for?
A: You will have access for as long as we and the hosting platform are around.
Patreon
Q: When I subscribe to Patreon do I need to commit for a specific length of time?
A: No, Patreon is a month by month subscription and you can cancel at any time.
Q: If I go from Tier 1 to Tier 2 in the middle of the month will the remainder of the month’s balance be applied?
A: No, Patreon does not apply your balance. Therefore, it is best to switch just before the beginning of a new month.
Q: Where do I find and view all of the previous classes and channelings in Patreon?
A: All of the classes and channelings for your Tier can be found in the Overview section by scrolling down. Please use the Firefox or Chrome browser on a computer, laptop, or tablet. Please do not use the Patreon app, (which is currently having issues), and do not use a phone.
Q: How do I find out what classes are coming up?
A: Every month a schedule is posted in the Overview section.
Q: How do I join a live class?
A: At the time of the class:
- Go to the Overview section of your Patreon account from a Google Chrome updated browser.
- Find and open the post.
- Click on the video to go to Crowd Cast (You will need a CrowdCast.com account prior to this).
- From here you will be able to view and participate.
Q: How are Patreon classes different from classes scheduled outside of Patreon?
A: In addition to the pricing, Patreon classes have much more individual attention and behind the scenes personal interaction.
